For Healthcare Providers, MEDPRICE.COM presents a listing of your contact information and services offered. Healthcare providers who accept cash payments may choose from the three levels of membership and identify themselves as Associates. Simply select the category that best describes your services: including Medical, Dental, Diagnostic and Holistic/Alternative.

You may save money by using MEDPRICE.COM when paying out-of-pocket for your healthcare services. Healthcare providers who enroll in the MEDPRICE.COM program and become Associates are asked to offer their services at a price break for patients/users that are paying in full by cash, check or charge at the time of service. When checking in at your appointment, payment will be required prior to receiving service.

Every MEDPRICE.COM Associate will have a price sheet that lists an ‘Office Visit’ or ‘Service Appointment’ cash price, as well as any ‘Additional Services’ that the healthcare provider chooses to offer with a price break. Patients will not have access to this price sheet but may inquire about prices with the healthcare provider or their staff at the time of their appointment.

If a healthcare provider is not listed as an Associate and there is no indication of a ‘Cash Price’ offering, then it must be assumed that a full retail price will be charged unless otherwise discussed between patient and healthcare provider prior to or at the designated appointment.

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which you may utilize the Program and act as an Associate. Please read this Agreement, carefully. It is important that you understand that upon acceptance of this Agreement, it becomes a legally binding contract.
